REUBEN PIE 
1 lb. ground beef or ground pork
2/3 c. oatmeal, uncooked
1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 egg
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

FILLING:

1 can (16 oz.) sauerkraut, drained
2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 1/2 tsp. caraway seed

Combine all ingredients for meat shell and mix well. Press into bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Drain. Combine filling ingredients and mix well. Spoon into meat shell. Bake 10 to 12 minutes more until cheese is melted.
