EASY FRUIT SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
2 (8 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. flaked coconut (optional)

Mix fruits in bowl. Add pudding and mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Sprinkle pecans and coconut over the top.
