4-5 nice sized sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. vanilla
2 beaten eggs
1 sm. can Carnation

Boil potatoes until tender. Peel and mash. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into unbaked frozen pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until pastry is medium brown and knife inserted in center returns clean.
