STRAWBERRY PECAN CAKE | |
1 white cake mix 1 box strawberry Jello 1 c. oil 1/2 c. milk 4 eggs 1 c. mashed strawberries 1 c. coconut 1 c. pecans Mix together cake mix and Jello. Mix in oil and milk. Add eggs, one at a time. Add coconut and pecans. Bake in 3 layers at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. FILLING: Cream 1 stick of butter and 1 box powdered sugar. Stir in 1/2 cup chopped strawberries, 1/2 cup pecans and 1/2 cup coconut. Cool cake, then spread filling between layers and on top. |
