MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 can Rotel
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can hot Mexican beans
Tortilla chips
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Combine hamburger, onion, Rotel, beans and mushroom soup. Place chips on bottom layer, then a layer of the meat mixture, repeat until all gone. Top with Cheddar cheese. Place in oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
