BEET JELLY 
3 c. beet juice
1 pkg. Sure-Jell
4 c. sugar
1 pkg. grape Jello
1/4 c. lemon juice

Scrub beets and cook until tender. Put beet juice and Sure-Jell in pan and bring to boil. Add the sugar, Jello and lemon juice. Bring to hard boil for 2 minutes. Skim and seal in jars.
