PERSIMMON PUDDING 
2 c. pulp
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
2 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Mix first nine ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients. Grease 8x8 inch pan. Nuts may be added. Bake 1 hour in 325 degree oven.
