PERSIMMON PUDDING 
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. persimmons
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. grated sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients; pour into greased pan or glass baking dish. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Cut in squares. May be served warm or cold with whipped cream of plain.
