1/2 lb. butter 3 eggs Pinch of baking soda 2 tbsp. cinnamon 2-4 c. flour (judge how much by stiffness of dough) 2 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. cream of Creamo 1 tsp. baking powder 1-2 handfuls slivered almonds 1. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. 2. Roll dough in long rolls. 3. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate overnight. 4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 5. Spray cookie sheets with non-stick spray. 6. Slice cookies and place on cookie sheets. 7. Bake until lightly browned - 10 minutes or more. |
