HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 large chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 c. celery, minced
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 stick butter, melted
1/3 box cheese Ritz crackers, crushed

Mix soup and mayonnaise together. Add lemon juice and mix. Add chicken, celery and water chestnuts. Top with butter and crackers which have been mixed together.

Bake at 350°F for 30 - 40 minutes.
