HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent (optional)
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 cup broken potato chips

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix chicken, mayonnaise, celery, salt, accent, onion, lemon juice, and almonds. Place in casserole and top with cheese and potato chips.

Bake for 20 minutes. May also be served cold.

Variation: May also use ham or turkey instead of chicken.

Serves 6 to 8.
