MELLOW CELLO JELLO 
3 1/2 c. (#2 1/2 can) crushed pineapple with juice
10 1/2 oz. miniature marshmallows
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 1/2 c. colored mints, crushed
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Maraschino cherries & nuts

1. Mix first 3 ingredients together and set aside for several hours until thickened slightly.

2. Fold mints and whipped cream into first mixture. Add cherries and nuts.

3. Freeze in 10 x 13 inch pan. Yields 15-20 servings.
