BROCCOLI & ZITI 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh broccoli
8 sprigs fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic
1 lb. ziti
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. grated Romano
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Steam broccoli in covered saucepan. Meanwhile, cook ziti in boiling, salted water with one tablespoon of oil until tender. Chop parsley and garlic together; combine with olive oil. Warm on stove for approximately 2 minutes, stirring to enhance flavor. Mix cooked broccoli and ziti together. Pour sauce mixture over them; sprinkle with black pepper and Romano cheese.
