CHICKEN DUMPLINGS 
3 to 4 qt. rich chicken broth
6 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
2 to 3 drops yellow food coloring

Mix flour, salt and eggs. Add water and mix well. Roll out on well-floured surface to desired thickness. Cut and drop into boiling chicken broth. Cook until done.
