BLUEBERRY MOUNTAINS 
2 2/3 c. flour
2 2/3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 lg. egg, beaten
4 tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. dry blueberries

Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add milk, well beaten egg and butter. Beat well; fold in blueberries, spoon into paper lined muffin tins. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 12 large muffins. They freeze beautiful!
