BASIC BROWNIES 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted butter
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix in small bowl with mixer on medium speed eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat for 1 minute until light and fluffy. Add melted butter and continue beating. Mix in flour and cocoa at low speed. Stir in nuts, spread evenly in greased 8-inch dish.

Microwave on high for 8 to 10 minutes, rotate dish 1/2 turn after 4 minutes. Cut when cold. Makes 20 brownies.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
