MARBLE POUND CAKE 
3 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1 c. undiluted canned milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs one at a time and beat well. Add flour alternately with milk and flavoring. Leave half the batter in the bowl. Add to the other half 2 squares melted chocolate. Put in greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Add by the spoon, cut through with knife. Do not heat oven. Put in cold oven then turn to 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done. No baking soda or baking powder. Put eggs and butter out overnight at room temperature.
