CHICKEN FRIED RICE 
1 sm. can chicken broth
1 sm. can water
1 c. rice (UNCLE BEN'S® Long Grain)
2 tbsp. butter

In frying pan brown rice in butter until rice is lightly brown. Stir frequently. Add chicken broth and hot water. Bring to boil. Cover and let simmer 15 to 20 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Salt and pepper to taste.
