CHOCOLATE DROPS | |
1 lb. powdered sugar 1 stick butter 3 tbsp. cream (can use milk) 1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips or can use almond bark, melted Take 2 bowls, put 1/2 of powdered sugar in each. In one bowl put butter and in the other put the cream. Mix each bowl THOROUGHLY then mix together. Put in ball shape and refrigerate overnight or for 3 to 4 hours. Make small bite size balls from mixture after it has been refrigerated and then melt chocolate. Dip balls into chocolate to cover and put on wax paper to dry. NOTE: If you use chocolate chips, you will need to add paraffin for the chocolate to set hard enough. |
