JOE FROGGERS 
WET MIX:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 lbs. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

DRY MIX:

2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. each of raisins & chopped nuts (opt.)

In bowl, cream butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla. In separate bowl combine dry mix. Stir dry mix into wet mix, alternating with sour cream. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Remove and cool.
