OATMEAL RAISIN MUFFINS | |
1 1/2 c. Aunt Jemima Original pancake mix 1 c. Quaker Oats 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. milk 1 egg 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. raisins Combine pancake mix, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon. Add remaining ingredients. Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown, oven 425 degrees. Makes 1 dozen. |
