TURKEY PAPRIKA | |
2 c. sliced, roasted turkey 1/4 c. butter 1 med. onion, sliced 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 2 c. milk 4 tsp. paprika 4 oz. can mushrooms, stems and pieces, drained 1 c. sour cream 1 tbsp. poppy seed 2 tbsp. butter 7 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked Melt 1/4 cup butter in skillet, add onion and cook until tender. Blend in flour and salt. Remove from heat. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, cook until mixture thickens. Reduce heat and stir in paprika. Add mushrooms and turkey. Simmer 5 minutes, stir in sour cream and heat. Add poppy seeds and butter to drained noodles, toss together lightly. |
