ZUCCHINI BAKE 
4 c. sliced zucchini
2 eggs, beaten well
1 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Steam zucchini until just tender, drain well, and place into a 2 1/2 quart lightly greased casserole dish. In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients, except 2 tablespoons of butter and bread crumbs, mix well and pour over zucchini. Top with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 6-8.
