MOCK CHOW MEIN 
1 can peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushrooms
1 can bean sprouts
1 lb. hamburger, cooked
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. liquid

Brown hamburger; drain. Combine with other ingredients. Drain peas; reserve liquid. Use liquid from peas, and liquid from rinsing soup cans to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Mix all together well. Put in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
