POOR MAN'S STEAK 
3 lbs. ground chuck (may use hamburger)
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 pkg. onion soup (dry)
1 c. water
2 cans cream of mushroom or celery soup

Mix all together well. Spread on greased 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 x 1 inch pan. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight. Cut in squares or oblongs. Roll in flour and brown on both sides. Place back in the same pan.

Pour over 2 cans cream of mushroom soup or celery soup diluted with a little water. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
