BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
1 head fresh broccoli, cut and blanched 24 oz. cottage cheese 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 6 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. melted butter 6 eggs, beaten Mix together first five ingredients. Add eggs. Pour all into a 3 quart buttered casserole dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve warm. |
