PEANUT BUTTER CHIP FRUIT BARS 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. peanut butter chips
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped cherries
1/2 c. peanut butter chips

In large mixing bowl, beat eggs. Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to egg mixture. Stir in 1/2 cup peanut butter chips, raisins and cherries. Spread evenly into a greased 9x13 pan; bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Spread with a White Glaze. Sprinkle 1/2 cup peanut butter chips on top of glaze. Cut into 2x1 inch bars. Makes 4 dozen.

WHITE GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 to 2 tbsp. milk

Mix until desired consistency.
