1 1/4 c. egg substitute (Egg Beaters or other brand) 1 2/3 qt. low fat milk 12 fl. oz. evaporated skim milk 1/4 c. honey 1 1/2 fl. oz. brandy or rum extract Nutmeg Combine all ingredients except nutmeg. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg and serve. Serving size: 2/3 cup for 12 servings. |
