PINEAPPLE DREAM SALAD 
16 marshmallows
2 3/4 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 lb. cottage cheese, dry sieved
1/2 c. mashed bananas
3/4 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Heat marshmallows in 1/4 cup pineapple juice in saucepan over low heat. Fold until marshmallows are almost melted. Remove from heat and fold until smooth. Then fold in remaining ingredients and pour into individual molds. Place in freezing compartment until firm. Unmold and garnish with fruit. Serves 12.
