PASTA SALAD | |
1 lb. Rotini pasta 1 pkg. frozen broccoli 1 pkg. raw mushrooms 1 red bell pepper 1 bunch green onions 1 can sliced black olives 1 cucumber 2 stalks celery 1 pkg. salami lunchmeat 1 sm. bottle HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing 1 sm. bottle HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Italian dressing 1 tbsp. oil 1/4 tsp. salt Fill large pot with hot water, oil and salt. Bring to boil. Add pasta. Cook until tender and drain. Chop all vegetables and lunch meat into bite size pieces. Mix with pasta in large bowl. Add Ranch and Italian dressing. Mix well. Makes enough to serve an entire faculty. |
