PINEAPPLE COCONUT CAKE | |
1/2 c. Crisco 1/2 c. butter 2 3/4 c. sugar 6 eggs 3 c. plain flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. undrained crushed pineapple 1 c. coconut Cream shortening, add sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift flour and baking powder together, then add alternately with milk. Mix well. Add vanilla, pineapple and coconut. Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan. Place in cold oven. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. |
