1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Toll-House semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
1 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 13 x 9 baking pan melt butter in oven. Sprinkle crumbs over butter. Mix together and press into pan. Pour Eagle Brand over crumbs. Top evenly with chocolate chips, then butterscotch chips, then chopped nuts.

Lightly press down. Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool thoroughly before cutting.
