CHOCOLATE MAYONNAISE CAKE 
3 c. cake flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

To make cake flour: 2 tablespoons corn starch per cup in bottom of cup then fill with regular flour. Sift dry ingredients. Stir in mayonnaise. Stir in water and vanilla until smooth.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Use oblong baking dish.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. granulated sugar
