PEPPERSTEAK AND RICE 
1 lb. sliced steak or beef roast, sliced
2 pkgs. brown gravy mix
2 med. green & red peppers
1 sm. chopped onion
2 1/2 to 3 c. rice
Salt & pepper (as desired)

Brown steak in skillet; add peppers and onions. Fry until tender. Mix gravy as directed on package; simmer for 2 minutes. Cook rice until tender; drain. Add meat, peppers and onions to rice. Let stand for 2 minutes and serve.
