FRESH CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH 
1 lb. (4 c.) fresh cranberries
1 lg. unpeeled orange, cut into quarters (seeds removed)
1 c. sugar

Using a food processor fitted with a fine blade, grind cranberries and orange.

In a saucepan, stir together above mixture and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, cover and refrigerate until mealtime. (Especially good with turkey).
