QUICK & EASY STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines strawberry cake mix 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip 1 to 2 (16 oz.) frozen strawberries, partially thawed Mix package of cake mix according to package directions. Divide mix into two lightly floured and greased cake pans. Cool cake layers, slice cake layers in half, making 4 layers. Top each layer with strawberries and a small amount of Cool Whip. Ice entire cake in Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
