OATMEAL SCONES 
8 oz. self rising flour
1 oz. fine oatmeal
3 oz. sugar
3 oz. butter
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. currants
Milk to mix into a soft dough

Pat dough down to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into diamond, triangle or rectangle shapes. Separate and bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
