8 oz. can mandarin oranges, undrained
1 c. flour
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix all ingredients with a spoon. Pour into greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour topping on.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cream

Mix ingredients in sauce pan. Bring to boil. Top while cake is still warm.
