1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup cocoa powder
2 cups sugar
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter until brown, do not burn. Mix cocoa with sugar; add to melted butter. Add milk and vanilla; stir until it comes to a boil, boil for about 5 minutes.
