NELL'S NACHO DIP 
1 lb. sausage
1 lb. ground beef
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 (10 oz.) cans diced Ro-tel tomatoes
1 can green chilies (optional)

Brown sausage and ground beef, drain. Mix remaining ingredients in a crock pot and begin warming. When cheese is nearly melted, stir in meat. Cook on low for several hours. Serve with tortilla chips. Serve 10-12.
