2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
Pinch salt

Heat in a broiler.

3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract

1. Beat 3 eggs and add to mixture in broiler. 2. Then add vanilla extract and pour into an unbaked pie shell. 3. Grate nutmeg on top and bake at 350 to 400 degrees until set.
