BELGIAN WAFFLES 
1 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. butter, melted

Sift together dry ingredients. Combine buttermilk and eggs; add to dry ingredients. Beat well. Stir in melted butter. Cook on very hot waffle iron.

I double the recipe and put them in freezer. Then when you are ready for waffles again. Pop them into your hot waffle iron and presto, your waffles are done.
