MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. vanilla
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. nuts
5 oz. miniature marshmallows

Mix sugar, butter, eggs, flour, cocoa, salt, nuts, and vanilla together. Bake in a 9x13 inch pan for 35 minutes at 300 degrees. Remove from oven and cover with the miniature marshmallows. Return to oven for 10 minutes longer. Let cool and frost with frosting below.

FROSTING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. cocoa
2 sticks butter
1 c. nuts

Mix together until smooth.
