PORK CHOPS WITH RICE 
8 lean pork chops
Flour
1 sm. box UNCLE BEN'S® Long Grain Minute Rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup, diluted as directed on can

Salt and pepper pork chops. Flour and brown on both sides. Remove from skillet and put into 9 x 13 inch pan or baking dish. Add rice. Take seasoning pack in rice and mix with both cans diluted soup. Pour over rice and chops. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour. Take off foil the last 15 minutes of cooking time.
