1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. boiling water

Let set to cool in bowl.

1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour

Mix together. Pour into prepared tube or Bundt pan. Bake 50-60 minutes at 300 degrees.
