BLUEBERRY CUPCAKES 
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. floured blueberries

Combine first 6 ingredients. Combine flour and baking powder; add to first mixture. Add milk. Add berries. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
