PEACH CREAM CHEESE PIE 
1 c. flour
1 sm. pkg. vanilla INSTANT pudding
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 (16 oz.) can of peach slices
1 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese (softened)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Place peaches over top of batter.

Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons of peach juice in a small bowl and beat until smooth and creamy. Spread over top of peaches to within 1/2 inch of the outside edge.

Combine the 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
