CHICKEN CASSEROLE I 
6-8 chicken breasts (or whole chicken)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 pkg. Ritz crackers (from a 3 pack box)
2 tsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 sticks butter

Cook chicken, remove meat from bones and cut into small pieces. Butter an 8 x 8 inch casserole dish and put chicken in it. Mix soup and sour cream; spread over chicken evenly. Crush the crackers and combine with the poppy seeds. Spread over soup mixture. Melt butter and pour evenly over the crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until bubbly.
