GLAZED APPLES 
3 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash of salt
3 unpared tart apples, thinly sliced (can be pared if you don't like the skin)

Melt butter in skillet. Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add apples. Cook 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender and glazed. Makes 4 servings.
