K'S CAJUN SEASONING 
Once you start using it, you'll never be without it!

1 (26 oz.) box salt or lite salt
3 tbsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. Accent (optional)
2 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
4 tbsp. red pepper (cayenne)
2 tbsp. chili powder

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Fill a shaker for daily use; store remainder in tightly covered container.
